Life is full of ups and downs. For Jem and Cathy from Project 6 there are about to be 3 more, very literal, summits to reach.

As part of Project 6 30th birthday celebrations we will be holding 6fest, a day of celebrations, music and laughter on 19th May at The Exchange in Keighley, marking the organisation stepping past the three-decade mark. To help raise funds for this Jem and Cathy have bravely decided to take on a sponsored attempt at the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge. This gruelling test on 4th May will see them cover nearly 25 miles, climb over 3200ft and tackle 3 of Yorkshire’s toughest peaks, all within a single, exhausting, day.

So before they can both settle in and celebrate on the 19th there’s plenty of walking to be done. If you can offer you support in recognition of our intrepid hikers, please follow the link below to their JustGiving page to donate. Thank you.
